    great review, well planned and executed! right to the point, no blah-blah, only relevant informations. I watched several t-lcm reviews in the past months but this was the one that pushed me over the fence. I only have it for a couple of days but it's an obvious and singificant upgrade from the t3pa, although the modded brake pedal (additional spirng and rubber) did help a lot with the feeling, it's nowhere near this intuitive and accurate, and not only the brake, the other pedals as well. I'm using socks which means lots of dust and fiber around the pedals over the time, now I don't have to worry about it that much neither. the only downside I see now is some occassional squeeking occured after ~10 hours of usage with the hardest springs and 4 washers, now I removed 3 washers and use a plastic one that's twice as thick as a metal washer, applied some grease spray on the springs and the pivot and it's silent again. if you are willing stay on a budget but make the best of your money I suggest to go with it, great value and functionality for the price. thanks for the review SRC!

    this pedal set has unbeliveble value for the price! have 3 team mates using them and a another one with that is so unhappy with his v3 that is thinking about buying these.
    the only con we found out is lateral flex if you are very agressive with heel and toe apart from that for 180 euros is amazing!

    I've had the T-LCM pedals for 8 months now and they're excellent load cell pedals. Nearly as good as the most expensive pedals out there.

    Excited to see how these pedals will be for me. I used the original pedals in the T150 (not the t3pa, just the two pedal set) and that's all I've ever used, but I had to get a new set of pedals because twice the torsion springs broke in the original set, and upon trying to fix it the second time it failed completely. and you talking up load cells is really getting me excited. I'm also thankful that these pedals don't use torsion springs, but use traditional springs instead, making replacement and longevity very improved. As well as magnets instead of potentiometers. Great review : )

      The difference a set load cell pedals makes is significant, these are good pedals I'm sure you'll love them.

      I’m trying to get my pedals for months. Waiting on dell. Finally my ts-xw shipped out. I can’t wait til I get it all set up. I tried the old Logitech wheel and I didn’t like the gear motor feel at all. But at that time. I haven’t heard any other brands. But hopefully this wheel smooth as that say it is and the pedals are good as it is

    By replacing the throttle spring with clutch spring, replacing clutch spring with a heavier one (mod I found on reddit), and running two red springs and all 5 spacers on brake I find these pedals to be pretty amazing really. Dialing the right calibration settings is very important as well.

    Even doing a load cell mod on my G27 was a big step in terms of control with my pedals.

    i come from a CSP V.1 ( fed up with its sensors instability... due ti dust apparently..., and its "no travel" braking pedal). Now i have this T-LCM, and overall a prefer it. Brake pedal perfect for me ! clutch a bit better, i prefered the throttle of the CSP V.1 . And to solidity feel was better on the CSP. But the T-LCM is very good when you have it under you feet and driving !

    Great review mate!
    And I agree, going to a load cell brake is the big thing. I didn't really gain anything going from my CSL Elites to V3's, or from the V3's to the Ultimates. The only thing you are paying for is immersion. More expensive pedals feels closer to how real life car pedals feel.

  • @Polymer
    @Polymer 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    @1:11: "The pivot points are set in a metal frame within the base housing."
    Small correction: this is NOT correct for the clutch and gas pedals; the brake pedal has a metal reinforced frame, but the gas and clutch pedals only have a metal pivot-pin that's secured in the main plastic base injection molded part.
    This is a great review for a great pedal set (for the price)! 👍👍👍

      Yeah I noticed that small oversight and also as a fix I'm thinking to get one long shaft to fit through all three pedals in place of the three smaller shafts in use as all three do seem to be aligned with one another. This mod should improve the rigidity although you would have to make some holes in the pedal casing I still think it would be worth it.

      Are you using the USB or RJ45 cable?

    • @Sweatydave1
      @Sweatydave1 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Using RJ45 with my TSPC wheel but obviously tried usb for using the set up software, without wheel plugged in…absolutely no joy getting it working but I did some research and it’s pretty common problem. Haven’t bothered in a while as I’m finding this set up pretty good for me, will invest a bit of time into sorting it as I feel I might be missing out!😂 great video btw👍

    I just bought this to replace my t3pm but even lowering the pedal I thing they are too tall compared to t3pm and that doesn't fell comfortable to play.. I mean the metal pedal should be lowered for me ..

    having a logitech momo force, i'm really doubting wether i'd want to upgrade the peddleset first, or get a t300 base and wheel first.

    • @SimRacingCorner
      @SimRacingCorner  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's a difficult choice, as both the T-LCM pedals or the T300 are both significant upgrades over the Momo.

  • @loganwhite6173

    Just ordered the Logitech pro wheel and currently have these pedals. Are the Logitech pro pedals a big enough upgrade that it's worth upgrading for the price?

    • @SimRacingCorner
      @SimRacingCorner  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The Logitech Pro pedals are better quality pedals, and they feel nicer. But they won't make you faster. If the T-LCM pedals are doing a decent job then it's not really worth buying the Pro pedals.
