I don't have soldering tools so instead I used a hairdryer and it worked!!!!! I followed your instructions and gave the calculator a good clean. Then, I blasted the hairdryer on its hottest setting and hovered the nozzle over the two locations you soldered. Needed to do a few rounds - putting battery in to check the display - each round the screen got clearer and finally back to working order! Thanks for your video, I'm so happy I can keen on using my 23 year old calculator! hahaha
