i liked the painting of the Icarus fall, because i can relate to the fact that my people (kuki tribe) in Manipur are facing Ethnic cleasing since 3rd May 2023 but our cries & pleas seems to be ignored. Our PM is turning a blind eye to it and we feel so helpless. so many people lost lives and homes and yet,lives goes on. i guess “it was not an important failure”

Can we say that humans in Painting 1 & 3 are juxtaposed to the animals of 2nd painting? And by extension, to be indifferent to suffering of others is animalistic and inhumane.
