@@CraftyJP58 I have the DX900 model. It is a lot easier to learn than the cricut. As it has a scanner you can see what you want to cut. Also with the scanner it is great with svg usbs. Great video. Be mindful of the placement of your needle. It cuts the Matt and vinyl when removing the mat. See time stamp 21:33. The vinyl is cut as well as the mat at the top. Bringing the needle up and reassessing your cut settings will stop that from happening. 😊😊
Staying with Cameo 4. The look is ugly IMO. Noise sound like the Cameo. Cricut sound is butter. Cameo software is miles ahead. Cameo issue is only the registration. Other than that no need to switch. Cost$$$$
Love that easy lift out of the machine design alone! LOL You look and sound great, so stop worrying. You shouldn't even have to worry about how you look! Anyone that says someone is ugly or has facial or body issues has ugly lens for eyes that are incapable of seeing beauty because they themselves are ugly inside, everything in their world is ugly!

Thank you so much Katrina for this video because I was so looking forward to a future purchase of the Juliet HOWEVER there will be a lot of time wasted with having to adjust the cutting blade and load the mat which is just too much for me. The Cutting blade and the feeding mat should have been automatic from the beginning.
JUST WATCHING AGAIN!!!! I love that cutter, too! Maybe the Romeo cutter in the future. However, I was wondering… does the SISER cutters were able to do continuous cutting like for cutting vinyl for banners or other longer projects? That’s really what I would like to have. The SPEED is amazing on the Juliet! It’s a beautiful addition to your collection. I LOVE the on screen settings, and that it’s not a lightweight machine. I’M IMPRESSED!!!

A little tip if you weed out all of the test cut shapes you'll be able to see the inner shape cuts and then determine if the cut is to deep > blade length is to long
I agree with Zingah. The reason an inner shape is added to a Test cut (in this case the little circle inside the T-Shirt) is so that you can lift out BOTH shapes and easily examine the surface to see if the circle cut too deeply, indicating too much blade is exposed for that material.
Since I have the computer and have a press. Now do I need either a cutter or a printer? Or I need both to get transfers? I think I’m a go tko transfers for now. What you think?
If you want to just do transfers you don’t need a cutter. If you want to do it yourself you need a printer. A cutter is only for vinyl and other material

No, not quiet. But I love the pinch rollers being on the back and so easily adjusted. I like the bottom load cut so you don't ruin material if you see something is going wrong.
You can cut matless as long as the material has a backing, such as vinyl or HTV. If you're cutting cardstock, fabric, Mylar, posterboard, or any other material where the blade is fully penetrating the material, then the mat needs to be used. Hope that makes sense.

That cameo is definitely loud I hate the sound.
I get pro machines are manual this and manual that but is that better than an auto blade and auto feed? Why not have the option to do manual or auto. I feel like I’m missing something. It sounds like sisers mindset was all the pro machines don’t have all these features so let’s not put any of it in ours either. That way we can call our machine a pro machines. Can someone help me understand? Again feel like I’m missing something. I want to understand
No tingling sensation here, I love my Cricut. But it looks amazing.
It didn’t make you tingle. 😂

I guess I'll have to buy a dust cover for my Cameo in a couple months, ya messed up my budget
Lol. Sorry. I need one for both my other cutting machines before they collect dust.
