The first 5mins was literally a statement that didn't need to be made. You'll never please everyone, not everyone has the same sense of humour, not everyone enjoys the same things. The leader did actually exactly what i did, got tilted about my guilds progression on heroic, stayed only long enough to down mythic mother before quitting bfa all together cuz i got no enjoyment from uldir even though i loved my guild, game just wasnt worth playing anymore.

My guild is working on Heroic Dazar'Alor right now, but we're a social/M+ guild, not primarily a raiding guild (the push to raid is kinda new while waiting for Shadowlands), and I'm not a raider, so this homework is really hard.

Honestly i don't want to be rude or anyhing, but imo doesn't matter if you are young or old, as long as you do your job and you're nice to people in your guild and raid i think you're fine, but i don't think anyone should get special treatment bcs they are ' old ' or they are veterans in the guild if they goofed it. I understand veterans having certain advantages, but don't keep them if they do such shit and pretend everything's good. Also Raid Leaders and Guild Masters should never EVER let a whole team down for one person, like i am sorry to say it, but if you're THAT bad, then just, just sit down and get carried later when the progress has already been made and ppl are a bit more geared, or in that case overgeared. So everyone's happy, you get the curve and the raid isn't a pain in the butt either.
A lot of guilds struggled with heroic Zul. Typically its a DPS problem not a CC problem. Most casual guilds tend to have 2 to 4 players who are very good but lack the time/commitment to raid mythic, and the other 10 players are....less good, and there's typically a player who two who struggle to out dps or out heal the tank. The guild I raided with took 3 weeks to kill normal G'huun and then was stuck on heroic Zul for another 2-3 weeks.
I think that was in reference to the people complaining about 'offensive jokes'. Usually Drama Time opens with a story title related to Mike's announcements.

I tried hard as a disc priest with a guild. Top heals and mid dps at the same time. Nobody cc’d nobody would interrupt. The grind for rep and wasting time got me to quit for a while. I just make gold until shadowlands where I will be tanking as a warrior. Fun stories though.

Holla Preach! Been watching you since after Josh Allen went to Blizzard, you're basically my anchor in WoW related content since and I absolutely love your content. These couple of months have been just shitty thing after shitty thing happening and your content is always something that cheer me up. I'm really happy with your approach to the situation at the start of the video. It's fucking weird to me that some people hear the jokes and the bants and go to the expreme of taking it to the heart and replicating it in-game. About the changes, it's been happening for a long long time and people just realized that because Preach pointed out that he needed to do something about, the quality of the content will not go down, don't worry. Just go watch drama time in 2016 and compare how much more "tame" the jokes and bants are, the quality is still here, but jokes are just a little bit different. Preach still is a real stand up guy.
The guild in the second story sounds like my old guild where the entire raid team switched servers for a merge because they thought they'd be able to put together a better team.

Speaking of wiping to easy shit... I spent 50 wipes to kill normal Feng the Accursed in MSV (the first MOP raid). It was a shit show. 25 man guild carrying lots of baddies and a few goodies. Ofc an unofficial team 2 formed, killed the content with ease and decided to dislodge and form our own guild which lasted until 7/12 HC TOT.

I feel like there's some missing info in that first story. I wonder if: one, he's cheating, two, she's awful and no one has told her, three, he has some sort of brain damage (I've heard stories about people's personality changing due to tumors on the brain or something) or four, someone put him up to it or accused him of favoritism. But honestly, very few of these are understandable. Even if she's bad, like uber bad, she doesn't deserve to be done like that.

Yeah he is probably referring to the Method Josh accusations, although pretty hard evidence has come out that shows Josh was a long time offender. Some stuff also came out about Bae (he was with Fatboss I think?) that he was creeping on WoW as well and Preach has had to distance himself from that as well. I recall Bae and Preach casting some Method World First Races together. They really had a lot of hosting chemistry.

Ofc an unofficial team 2 formed, killed the content with ease and decided to dislodge and form our own guild which lasted until 7/12 HC TOT.

I feel like there's some missing info in that first story. I wonder if: one, he's cheating, two, she's awful and no one has told her, three, he has some sort of brain damage (I've heard stories about people's personality changing due to tumors on the brain or something) or four, someone put him up to it or accused him of favoritism. But honestly, very few of these are understandable. Even if she's bad, like uber bad, she doesn't deserve to be done like that.
He actually responds in the next episode. If I remember right he was essentially trying to be a wingman to a guildie by letting the rando tank and she turned out to be trash. And he still isn't apologetic about his side.
There has not been a more guilty verdict than that first story EVER! Unless she's super bad, which doesn't sound like it, since they struggled with the pug tanks but didn't struggle with her tanking, holy shit. An actual "what the actual fuck" moment.

Yeah he is probably referring to the Method Josh accusations, although pretty hard evidence has come out that shows Josh was a long time offender.
Some stuff also came out about Bae (he was with Fatboss I think?) that he was creeping on WoW as well and Preach has had to distance himself from that as well. I recall Bae and Preach casting some Method World First Races together. They really had a lot of hosting chemistry.
