Praise God that Jesus paid the penalty for the sins of all who trust in Him. I thank God for placing me in the care of my dad, who always inspired us to live a life worthy of the calling of Christ. Little Hawk My mom used to sing and play her harpsichord to the Lord in our LR :) She was saved in 1974 at the age of 31. Four kids in six years, overwhelmed, unprepared for her demands because of her very dysfunctional upbringing. And then she met Jesus! I was only six, so my memories of childhood are very pleasant. I also remember her playing eight tracks of the New Creation Singers - remember them? I now have so much scripture memorized because of those excellent songs! You and I are very blessed! So many kids, even Christian kids, are missing out today :(

I sang I Love My Jesus from a cassette soundtrack tape so much at church, outdoor gospel songs in Pella Iowa for Tulip festivals, in my trio Devotion, and Iowa State Fair that my tape broke 😟😩 and I couldn't find another one My husband found a CD accompaniment for me just a few minutes ago so I can sing it at church again. Of course I feel ancient now that I've shared this LoL 😅🤣😉😆🤗. This brings back wonderful feelings 😁🥰❤️🤗

How can God who is a good and loving Father help anyone end his life? God is the giver and sustainer of life, not the taker - as people think when someone dies! God said, “my people perish for lack of knowledge” (Hosea 4:6). Lack of knowledge also means “not knowing that what we know is wrong, or something that we do not understand”. A good example is “All things work together for good” - people use it without understanding it! Things just do not work together by themselves - whether for good or for bad, Yes God works things toward good, but when things work for bad, who causes them to work evil? Remember, God never does any wrong; bad or evil. Let’s make sure we understand what we believe, say or do. God is good, all the time!
Keep the faith, never waver from Gods love for all. He has a better place for us regardless of anything in our living in the flesh. Being deaf all my life and separated from the hearing world because of a perception of difference, i believe building on faith of what is unseen, not missing anything on the worldly ways of life on earth, and not what is seen. Keep the faith!
I always liked Eve's music. I saw her live at "Jesus Northwest" here in Oregon. It was an outdoor concert and BJ Thomas performed there too. Eve swallowed a bug while singing and didn't miss a beat! She asked for a glass of water and and before taking a drink said, "Does this mean the bug goes in my stomach?"
