A good estimate is 200 sqft per gallon for most sealers. This one says the same on their website.

No, you have to clean it first with the proper pre and post treatment before any sealing is done.

5 to 10 years. So you will guarantee that any stain will not set in the concrete and if you can't get it out you will need pour me a new slab
Concrete sealing does not keep it clean. It makes it easier to clean.
Concrete sealing keeps water, salt, etc from going into the concrete causing cracks, chipping, and general erosion over time.
You seal the concrete to keep from having to patch or re pour a new slab.
Hopefully I explained it simple enough for you.
When using a water base sealer you don't have to wait a day to apply. He says the old way was to have two clear days to apply. That's for sealing with a non water base sealer. Any water base sealer can be used after just a few hours
Not with the majority of good sealers not from a big box stores. Most of them tell you at least 12-24 hours for best results.
