Just put a deposit down on a Motorhome at Oaktree, looking forward to collecting very soon. We’ve visited a lot of dealers over the past 6 months and these guys are by far the nicest we’ve come across, and their prices compare very favourably to others.
We part exchanged our first brand new van for a pre-loved van from Oaktree Motorhomes a year ago and received great service and aftercare. The new to us van had everything we wanted and was available without a wait 😊 We’ve since been back for a Gaslow system to be installed, some extra sockets and then most recently to EcoTree for 2 new lithium batteries, 2 additional solar panels and an inverter! It must be good as we keep going back for more and it’s a three hour drive away. We’re looking forward to a lil around some of their stick when the van goes back for the hab check soon ❤
The fact that there are so many vans available now with low miles is telling me if you wait a year or two the arse is gonny fall oot the market and value will of these vans will depreciate fast 🤔🤔🤔 great video guys showing what's out there 👍👍
We bought a 2019 Swift Bessacarr in the summer, 5,000 miles on it, new it was £3000 more than the second hand price. Motorhomes are more for your money than on any vee dub. Thanks for the vid
Great video guys, but I do think currently now is the worst time to purchase any vehicle whether it is a motor-home/caravan car or otherwise.Lead times and availability for new vehicles are so long that the price of secondhand stock is very much over-inflated and does not represent good value for money.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Oaktree Motorhomes. Rob and his team are incredibly professional, honest and the way they check their vans over before selling is amazing. Their customer service is fabulous. They fitted my solar panels, lithium battery and wifi and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. CAnt recommend them enough. I tell everyone to go to them.

We bought a 2021 moho a few months ago, at the price of a new one, but at least we took delivery after a week. If we bought new now, we'd have to wait for 18 months, I think.
I get that feeling that a fair few people decide to buy a motorhome, for whatever reason, but then don't use them! I dread to think how much those 2015 motorhomes were new if they are still £50k + and the depreciation for using a van for only 8,000 miles. Nice show of some of the stock there and looks like they have a great set up.
Brilliant vid, but do have a bit of a problem hearing the word bargain followed by £60000!!! I’ll have to keep squirrelling my pennies away! MORE BLOOPERS PLEASE 😂😂😂 Thanks guys
I like that " it feels really boutiquey ". And I love the Brit-ish accent " mot-ah home ". Blessings from da Bronx. Yep that's how you say it " da Bronx ". New York.
Hi, they are no dought a professional company, and their vans will be top notch, but the prices reflect that, have they got a cheaper outlet, as they will take part exchanges, and will not want older motor homes on that site, the reason I ask is that the majority of people, will not have that sort of money, to be able to spend on a vehicle, and need someone of their standing to buy from, without the worries of being sold a croc.

We liked the oak tree motor homes as they were unlocked and you could relax and get the feel of the motor home at leisure.

Life is too short to wait for the best deal to come along

The other consideration is the euro 6 engine (for the clean air zone charges - that are popping up more & more)
Very informative as usual, we will be going to see Rod about lithium in the new year. Great video guys
Mine is an olden but solid too, but the main thing is that it has a u shaped lounge, you can't beat it. 😀😀😀👍👍👍

True, but If you get a good trade in price, the cost to change might work out ok.
It is the worst time, wait until the market starts to level out.
Great video it was interesting showing us around second hand motorhomes
We have a Hymer after having other makes and you’re right there are so many little extras. Hooks everywhere! 🤣
oo might have to go and have a look up there :-)
Loved the episode

I've been looking at the & UK & US market, for some years, and I could not AGREE with you MORE on EVERYTHING that was said on this video! ☺
Loved the Bailey Alliance 59-2 .😢😢 it has already been sold.

I could see in your eyes when you were in the 2 berth Hymer thinking “How can I sell the the kids”
I think I just have to wait them out.

Great video
I never understand people spending all that money on them and only doing a couple of thousand miles a year!
I guess that’s what makes the world such an interesting place. None of us are the same, we all do what we can, when we can. ☺️
