5:58 is COLONEL Bhisal Dubey.but I'M not sure.I saw him in a Facebook post and he earned nearly all the badges.And the Facebook post claimed that he successfully claimed Mount Everest Also
3:00 is Brig Sunil Sheoran from 3 PARA SF, led the NSG's Op Black Tornado against 26/11 mumbai attack and 5:58 is Col Vishal Dubey from 10 PARA SF , climbed Mt Everest without any artificial oxygen

Stipend is only in IMA/AFA/INA/OTA not in NDA
