will i be able to create new databases inside ms sql in windows and will it be created and updated in azure..for example if i create a database named 123 just like you did and if I connect it in Sql management software and use old backups to add data will it be updated in azure (because i am planning to connect this to my c# windows pos application and planning to install sql management studio in all client pc and connect the server

You can, but the CPU is at its minimum, so for the real world scenario, the horse power won't be enough.

@@jiejenn I think I am going to go with Azure SQL DB Serverless since I just need a data warehouse. Its going to be used in the morning by 5-10 people reading big chunks of data from it across like 4 or 5 tables max. And I will have APIs sending data to those table every morning as well.

I have a datebase configured with Public endpoint and Allow Azure services and resourcers to access this server, but my pipeline keep getting access denied when running from azure devOps agents. Any idea what might be happening?

Almost impossible to tell you the root cause without 1) if there is an error message, and 2) looking at your setup. There can be many potential reason like firewall, VPN, endpoint configuration, etc.

However, I did not understand why there are data inside the SQL Database already. I did not see any importing/uploading of data in your video.
