Today we are looking at the Kubota L47TLB, If you enjoyed the video remember to like and subscribe! B&T MacFarlane Ottawa LTD. 45 Slack Road, Nepean ON. 613-225-0555 sales@btmacfarlane.com
Sorry if this is a stupid question, first time tractor purchase. This looks fairly heavy, I am assuming you'd need a F250 to tow it (my F150 or my Tundra won't work)?
I have one. According to the manual the bare ass tractor weighs 7,200lbs. Add the loader bucket and the backhoe and you're in 9,000lb territory. I have an 18 foot trailer which is an additional 2,000lbs. My F150 Platinum is rated for 13,000lb towing capacity. All that sounds good but when it's all hooked up I can tell you it doesn't FEEL good! 80kph is the maximum unless you like to feel out of control! Thankfully I don't have to tow it often and then only locally.
If it's like in some other cabs there are so many levers and stuff that you wouldn't get out even if there was a door. In my opinion: more important than a door is a "hammer" to brake the glass no matter if it is front, side or back...
My dealer said the 6060 is like a Cadillac and the L47 is like a tank. The L47 loader and backhoe are significantly more capable than the setup on the 6060 and in experience the price was essentially the same. I use the machine all year round and prefer not to have the cab for 3 seasons. If you agree that there's no suck thing as bad weather, just bad clothes, you'll enjoy the snow clearing experience too! I am only clearing my snow (and a couple of neighbours) so it's not an issue for me.
Thank you everyone for watching! Remember to subscribe if you aren't already!!
Can u do a video removing the backhoe on the L 47 with a cab
I know that the b-26 seems to be a super popular hobby/commercial unit.Kubota is really the only one in this segment of equipment.Great machines.
Nice tractor. I want it NOW. : ) Where's the creep switch? Does a B26 and others have that feature also?
Its below the guages on the side, works great! 26 and 62 have them also.
B26 does NOT have it. Only L47 and M62.

Tractor weighs 7200lbs - depending on your trailer set up it would be OK, but getting close to the max.

What will a beauty like this , without cab cost me ? 🤔
Lift capacity is 4800lbs.
That "cutiss-cab" seems like a great conversion to " operating a good TLB in a sardine can". No right hand door ===pure danger!

No ac😮. I’m going to need to see a comparison with the 6060.

@@kevinhall2910 they will add the luxury to the L47 eventually. Thanks
Nice beefy tractor! Impressive. 👍
It's a beast of a tractor!!
It doesn't have a cab so yeah no. No cooking in that cab with no AC in the summer.
