Watching this reminds me again the scale of genshin open world, just how big it actually is. The potential for the writing team to visualize the depthness of chasm and enkanomiya, I really can't wait for this to come out genuinely
Not to mention huge computation power. Those 2d models of the twins was still being rendered down to strands of their hair on their heads at a far away distance. I wouldn't be surprise that the models of birds flocking in the sky could be rendered up close to the point you can see their individual feather strands.
This has nothing to do with AI’s , the AI based systems are still under development, this is pure raw human talent , I doubt there are AI’s which do this kind of 3D to 2D style rendering perfectly

Since Genshin itself apparently is of Chinese origin and I know plenty of donghua I watch these days also are apparently inspired by actual Chinese webpage games these days. I might watch this someday if it ever comes out since it looks quite nice.

Ufotable always goes above and beyond with their animation. I sincerely hope that they continue to adapt more titles. Hopefully they will fully adapt the entirety of Genshin, as well as all the routes of Tsukihime Remake and remake the Fate route of Fate/Stay Night.

The good thing about having an anime version in comparison to the game is that the animation and character designs are not limited. With the game, there’s only so little the people can put into the game due to both storage limits and big amount of time creating new models and animation. With the anime, animators have more freedom with how they can visualize the story.

Honkai on the other hand is massive. They could start in Previous Era, make a series about Fu Hua's Taixuan school leading up to the mutiny, Otto's rebellion against Shicksal, The first Eruption, The second Eruption, or the events of the game itself.

I remember wishing Honkai Impact 3rd would get an anime series before Genshin Impact became a thing. Seeing this and a Mihoyo/Hoyoverse game getting an animation by my favorite anime studio feels like a dream come true.

I wonder which sibling they're gonna make be the MC, Aether or Lumine, considering game players get the option to pick, if that's how they're gonna attempt it. It's been 9 months since the trailer released, i'm still very excited for this but i hope they take the time they need so that the anime adaption will go well! I’ve been playing the game (before I started reading) i am so over joyed with how they acutely care about this game! To read a manga, then have it turn into a game, now a show is not a easy feat because ALOT of the time it ends up failing. This trailer alone took my breath away and it just looks stunning! I’m excited to finish reading the manga, to see how they continue to develop the game & how the show will be ❤

@@SanjogSaha15 Genshin will probably be a prelude to the game and deal with Khaenri'ah in some way, but it could have also been the Archon war (however the traveler wouldn't be part of that so we know they didn't go with that idea). Honkai on the other hand is massive. They could start in Previous Era, make a series about Fu Hua's Taixuan school leading up to the mutiny, Otto's rebellion against Shicksal, The first Eruption, The second Eruption, or the events of the game itself.
Imagine episode 1 being directly a fight scene between the Unknown God and the twins 🔥

After watching Fate and Demon Slayer, no doubt in my mind that Ufotable will be able to deliver with their ability to blend cg objects/environments with traditional animations. Their digital team and animators are amazing!

The ONE studio that has the CG, composition, and cinematography muscle to adapt a game as MASSIVE as Genshin. Other Isekais sure are having a hard time now that UFOTABLE has entered the fray, with the biggest RPG of the new decade in tow.

I wonder which sibling they're gonna make be the MC, Aether or Lumine, considering game players get the option to pick, if that's how they're gonna attempt it. Either way, whenever this comes out it will certainly be amazing considering the animation quality of Ufotable is pretty much always amazing, for the most part, especially whenever they get to use effects with elemental powers.

I’m new to the genshin community and I just wanna say It’s amazing. I JUST started reading the Manga. I’ve been playing the game (before I started reading) i am so over joyed with how they acutely care about this game! To read a manga, then have it turn into a game, now a show is not a easy feat because ALOT of the time it ends up failing. This trailer alone took my breath away and it just looks stunning! I’m excited to finish reading the manga, to see how they continue to develop the game & how the show will be ❤
