Sir, pls correct me if I am wrong. Regarding the photograph criteria, I think it means photo taken any day after 4th Feb (10 days before Feb 14th -the application date). In several other videos that's how it is interpreted. It also seems logical to think that UPSC wouldn't give only a window of 10 days from the application date to take the photograph (when the last date is only on March 5th).
The window is there till March and you can upload the photo you took after commencement of the application. It doesn't mention anything about when you should be uploading. It only mentions when you should be taking the photo. The 10 day criteria is not violated anywhere
Photo should be taken after 4th february
(10 days old from 14th feb = that is after 4th feb),
I think sir misunderstood that part
Foto should be from 4th of feb to march 5th..any date in between is alright
