@@faizal_faiz actually it doesn't matter how many hours u sleep.... If u can be consistent for 4 -6 hours after long sleep it's great... I have tried my best to do so but even an extra 1or 2 hours sleep is fine😉
@@Robertvictorr enough sleep is required for the brain to function well... Then only u can be productive...studying by reducing your sleep nvr make sense.. Preparing for exam doesn't mean sacrifice... its adjustment.adjustment on time spent on leisure.. u should get 6-8 hours sleep😊
