You prolly need thick carpets AND on the walls to cancel sound. They should insulate the walls before they close them otherwise u gunna have noise from neighbors also.

@ it probably doesn’t say. You can stay there as long as you want. But, it’s not meant to be your primary residence. It says it in their contracts.
