10:41 Mam here is it being talked about general possible condition? I must be there with her (obvious obligation) when she's giving birth (absolutely in the future or IN THE PRESENT) ???
    1) She *IS* OR *WOULD BE* at home already when you *GET* OR *WILL GET* there
Is it first conditional???? Or just general rules of English language? Because in the conditional we put some certain situations to be or to happen in the perticular way no matter it is Conditional first or second so mam could you please explain 🙏

We should say, "I must be there with her when she is giving birth". The conditional clause must not be in any of the future tenses even if we're talking about the future. It's a strict rule.
However, we can - and in your second example we must - use a future tense in the main clause. Thus, we should say, "She will have already been at home when you get there." You can omit "already" and use Future Simple: "She will be at home when you get there."
The abovementioned examples are conditional sentences of the first type. They speak about a probable situation in the future.

@@comprehensively_english Okay thanks mam but what when I'm not talking about any condition?
In my example I'm not talking about any condition but guessing generally... Her being at home isn't my prediction but general guessing and if i say she will be at home or will have been at home it's like her being at home isn't FOR PRESENT MOMENT we're talking about but to be in the FUTURE.
      1) Mm I'll have to see the doctor today but i don't think the doctor HAS COME/ WILL COME/ WILL HAVE COME yet ???? here even though I'm talking about the future for the doctor but in reality I'm talking about HIM FOR PRESENT..I just want to say in the present moment(ABOUT HIM BEING AT HOSPITAL "RIGHT NOW" IS ABSOLUTELY BEYOND MY KNOWLEDGE). 🙏 So should i use DEFINITE TENSE?? OR Modals?

OK, let me put it this way. If you say, 'I think that...', you can continues with whatever tense you want or need, use any modal, etc. But if your clause starts with 'when' or with 'if/whether/unless...' and other words that introduce a conditional subordinate clause, you must not use any of the future tenses. 'Will' and 'would' in such clauses (in conditional subordinate clauses and subordinate clauses of time) are only possible as modal verbs expressing volition.
This way, in your example with the doctor any tense will do depending on what you want to express. 'I don't think the doctor has come' speaks about the past and the present (result); 'I don't think the doctor will come' speaks about the future of which you are uncertain; 'I don't think the doctor will have come (by 5 pm tomorrow)' is possible if you speak about a future action that may, in your opinion, happen by a particular moment in the future.
As the first part of your example suggests ('I'll have to see the doctor today') and you want to speak about the doctor 'for present', as you say, I suppose that you should choose the Present Perfect Tense. 'I'll have to see the doctor today but I don't think the doctor has come'.
      Hope this helps.

@@comprehensively_english Ohh thanks mam.. but if i say this I have or I'll have to see the doctor but *I don't think he has come* So What meaning does emerge from this?? I am asking just because here I'm using PRESENT PERFECT
Wouldn't someone think that I'm sure that doctor hasn't come "right now" like i got some information that doctor hasn't come yet ?? But i want to express general possibility or guessing that doctor might not come "right now" but if i use any Modals *i feel like I'm literally making a deduction with using ideas💡but but even i don't know in this situation should i use MODALS??*
