Hi Sara I really love your art style and I'm thinking if you can give me some advice to improve my artwork, I'm one of the contestants in Multiverse Vista my work name is "Tears and Flames" I hope you see my work and give me a personal feedback about it, Thank you so much.
Your art style has evolved so much in such a short space of time, it’s lovely to see you develop as an artist and be happy with the art you’re creating ❤
Hullo Sara, I do enjoy watching and listening to your videos! You have a true relaxing way of communicating and I know that many of your subscribers and followers do appreciate you for it! Thank you for sharing all of your life’s journey along with your Art journey. See ya next video!
I've always been drawn to your work from how soft, feminine, and the use of colors is just beautiful. I love seeing the fantasy themes in your work they speak to my inner child. Fairies are a huge part of my personality, Brian Froud and Stephanie Pui Mun Law were big influences growing up.
Thank you so much for this video. It’s very helpful and inspiring! I love your openness and honesty about your journey as an artist and also about your mental health. Your illustration is giving some preraphaelism vibes am I wrong ? I love it even more !
Thank you for this beautiful share. Also..all the aboard the therapy train..choo choo..lol. It's wonderful when you find a therapist you really can talk and connect with. Best of luck on your journey
“Prairie fairy” just tickles my ears in the nicest way lol. This painting was absolutely beautiful and it’s so fun to hear how you’re growing and enjoying your art journey 🤍
Hey Sara, it's been great watching your art evolve overtime with these videos. It's been such joy to watch. Also as a artist who works on mostly abstract pieces. I myself have been using pintrest/instagram for my references as well. Also thanks for telling me about that free image site to use for reference as well. Going to start practicing on my digital art again soon. Hope you've been well.
Oh my gosh, I resonate with a lot of this so much😭💕recently I’ve been trying to draw my characters in a more realistic, yet more styilized art style; for some reason I feel like my female characters almost look more feminine and interesting when I draw them this way and it makes me so much happier with my artwork; also I totally know what you mean about seeing colors differently, especially over this past year I’ve started to enjoy color combinations that I never have! Honestly nature and the outdoors really inspires me color-wise too. And oh my word I love the faeries and faerytale vibes, I would absolutely adore to see a reel with your fairy books !!
Love this warm toned bright painting! I'd love to see you talk about some of the art books or items around you that you use for inspiration! I know you said you don't have many books like this, but it would be cool to see the ones you do have in a little video :] Also would love to see what games you find inspiring to your work!
I love your artistic style, and your videos are awesome! I love the way you lead us in the learning process!. As a fellow lefthander, I would love to know how you have your keyboard shortcuts set up. Thank you for the work you do!
I did see a video you posted in 2018 and you did talk a little about having your thumb on the control key and your middle and ring fingers on the brackets. I'm going to try that.
Wow this was a very relatable video for me! The passion for mental health, trying to balance hoarding with decluttering to avoid resource claustrophobia, not being allowed to watch magic things as a kid with prized exception… were you raised in a Christian home? I was. Anyways very cool to find a kindred spirit in the art community! If I hadn’t already subscribed (on another TH-camr’s recommendation), this would’ve been the moment I subscribed 😊
I spent a couple years in talk therapy and I do think it was beneficial over-all, but when I found EVOX therapeutic technology it was a game changer for alleviating my anxiety, depression and my old art blocks (which turned out to be a trauma response to being afraid of judgement). It only took me 3 months of EVOX to find that relationships were richer, people remarked on my confidence and were asking me on dates and offering job opportunities at a MUCH greater rate that it felt like magic. I realized when friends and family told me I was more confident, that my body language had improved for the better without my noticing. I ended up being able to start a second pro art career after mental health stalled my first attempt for many years. I wish everyone had access to EVOX therapy. Everyone I've recommended it to has seen 'miracles' happen in their lives. Please try to find a local practitioner. It's cheaper than therapy and works quicker, too!

Nice & Beautiful ❣️✍️🏻
have loved seeing your style evolve over the years. how are you getting on with your gouache challenge?
What type of brushes do you use? Do you change brush when you colour in as compared to lining?
I just added them to the description! In general I use one or two brushes, an oil type brush and sometimes an airbrush for the lineart.

Idk why but I'm suddenly just so inspired by the phrase "prairie fairy"
