Thank you for this video, we live in cities and different countries but still can have chance to watch these traditional northern Chinese countryside cuisine. Because of modernization and urbanization, it's harder and harder to keep those artistry alive. Somewhat I think you are saving these countryside culture.

hahah. Solamz, this channel is mainly focused on Central Chinese food made by wheat flour especially from Henan province.
Thank you guys for giving me some info. I love watching the videos in this channel because they look very authentic. It shows a lot of gistory and culture. How I wish I could try those foods :D if I am not mistaken, Henan food is not spicy.
@@84solmaz haha. you are right, Henan food is not spicy at all. Sizchan food is spicy. Henan is really good at making different Chinese style bread and noodles.
I also watch videos like these from other parts of China. Its relaxing for me!

@@DZ-jm2hx I completely understand that. I was just curious why they went through such complicated and difficult steps to create a bowl shape and then just cut it apart. Seems such a waste of time and artistry.
@@sylviajohnston6622 I think it is all about the taste. If it made too small, the taste will be very different. I don't mean the small ones taste no good, but it is truly different.

河南有个地方，现在是彻头彻尾的农村，每年某个日子他们都会几个村聚集在一起，开庙会。你可能要问了，庙会有什么特殊的？ 特殊就特殊在这个庙会到今天已经6000多年了，现在说是祭祀炎帝，而在更久远的古代，那就是村里人一年一次的大聚会。部落的聚会变成了传说人物的祭典，又变成了庙会，但是聚会，依然是聚会。河南这个地方说起来还真是了不得的人事物。
