I am watching all these videos and freaking myself out. I definitely saw the coopers ligaments disruption on my ultrasound 😭😭😭 corona is delaying my biopsy. Calling for my birads level tomorrow, hopefully it puts my mind at ease
It would be good if you could have shown an example of a fibroadenomatoid nodule. It's similar to a fibroadenoma, but tends to occur in older women and can resemble breast cancer because unlike a fibroadenoma, the margins tend to not be distinct. It is benign though. Supposedly it's rare, but I had one a few years ago and needed to get a full on excisional biopsy to prove it was benign. There were several examples of fibroadenomas, but not fibroadenomatoid nodules in this video. The one case where you show something that looked like a fibroadenoma, but it was suspicous because the woman was over 50, it wound up being cancer. I'd like to see an example where it doesn't turn out to be cancer because it turns out to be a fibroadenomatoid nodule. I think those show up on women in their 40's who are not in menopause yet. I don't know what draws people to this video, but for me it's to try and convince myself I don't have cancer based on some suspicious images. There were too many examples where it clearly wasn't cancer or clearly was and one example where it was questionable, but turned out to be cancer. Should have more where it was in the gray zone, but turned out to be benign as I know those exist.

how can one differentiate enlarged lymphnodes from fibroadenoma
