There was this guest who pointed out that in North they food Rumali roti and carry to work for lunch and eat it with pickle. But in south India there is no such facility, actually even here we have something called Jolada roti… which can be carried dry by folding and keeping it in your pocket the same can be eaten with pickle, onion and chillies. So the point is food is emotion every region or state has its own culture but we are all connected by food… sometimes the taste, name and the way we cook can be different at the end we are one and the same.
