Thanks for the review and shout out. Normally my wife and I love a big salad with grilled salmon on top - but I wonder if it would be better to get it with the chicken when we visit. I also wonder if they can make the salmon "blackened" cajun style, which might be better. The shrimp dish also looks to be right up my alley. I can't even remember what we ate at Bubba Gumps and at Margaritaville last time we stayed at Universal.

Boi Boi it depends on how busy it is. When I went in January, 2 days (1 for each park) was enough. In the summer, you probably need 2 days for each park
I'm concerned about the fact they serve lamb. Any chance they would substitute it? I dont eat baby animals. After seeing the tableside smores I'm definitely going for dessert.
Well, you saw, it kind of depends on the menu item....loved that bbq shimp, but the salmon was just okay...hit or miss but for those prices they should all be hits.

I don't get there too much, plus I make my own salmon once a week at the house. But next time I'm there, I'll give it a try.
