I'm trying to avoid spoilers so I couldn't say for sure, but I understand Venalita calls herself "boku", the masculine first person pronoun. This is common for tomboys and other very masculine girls.. Venalita may be the closest thing there is to male in a universe of only females. Also Venalita's demons appear to be male.

Potential light manga spoiler Sulfur is the only one I respect. Magenta is naive and the other one is... basically Darkness. But Sulfur is so reasonable she actually apologizes to the audience that she’s the only normal one left XD
Magenta tries her best and I think the cast needs a nice sweet girl to balance things out. Also her power-up adds a fun twist on things. Azur post-waterfall training is also a character who's earned my approval. She's still a horny masochist but she also has self-respect and an air of wisdom now.
Sulfur is my favorite of the trio too....but mostly because she's so badass and smug and has such a filthy mouth that it contrasts with her cute-sy appearance

Magia "Baiser" is a false translation, dunno why they put that in the subs. Her Name is Magia "Böse", which is german for evil. Some people explain the name with "baiser" beeing french for "kiss" or some kind of slang, but that doesn't really make sense since Venalita gives Uneta books for names in latin and german not french.
After such a long time of fan translations using Baiser I think official translations just decided to go with that because it was established with the fans rather than trying to correct it to Böse.

First of all, while the first episode focused on bondage and Utena's sadism, the opening scene of this episode makes clear that Utena's sexual desire is awakening. She isn't picturing herself torturing the girls, she's picturing them naked. And her extreme.reaction in the Azul scene is because this is the first time she has actually touched one of the girls sexually. Before it was just the flower that groped them. Blindfold play isn't really about sadism, it's about submission, helplessness and sensation. And it says something about Baiser that she chooses exactly the thing Azul responds to. Then when she fights Sulphur, Utena realizes that she is just ss much of a masochist as she is a sadist. Between this and realizing that Sulphur is more powerful than she thought, she's finally ready to fight back. She's accepted her role ss the villain. I understand what everyone is saying about her name being Bose, but Inthink Baiser fits her better. First of all, I don't think she would call herself "evil" even if she accepted being the villain. Instead, I think what she's saying to Sulphur is "you may think you've won, but next time I will f--- you up." In both a literal sense as well as a figurative one. As for where she got the name, Venalita says that "nerdy weens" study foreign languages and Utena is definitely a nerdy weeb. So she might known the more vulgar meaning of the word. She chose to use it because Sulphur made her so mad. It may not have been what was originally intended, but I think it's an example of the translation adding something better.
Oh, and I think I should also point out that Azul is the first time Utena has STOPPED. Sulphur thinks they drove her away, but come on. It's obvious what Utena was considering doing and instead she basically said, "Maybe we will do that next time". And I think that's why Sayo looked so confused. She had plenty of time to tell her that, and she could have stood her ground. But she didn't
so the manga is already borderline H, and they added more spice to a lot of these scenes. when the only way to not be an H is putting crappy music over 45 seconds instead of ambient sound there is no excuse. this show needs an age wall.
