This playthrough will cover all 32 Unfinished Business related achievements, all item pickups are included in this playthrough.
Level 3 : Return to Egypt Achievements
1. Gifts of Wonderland (3 of 4) - Collect all 53 pickups
2. Roll, Action! (3 of 4) - Trigger all 10 boulders [Location : 9:18, 16:06 - 16:21 & 21:07]
3. Miu (1 of 2) - Beat 'Return to Egypt' level
4. Codex of Cat (1 of 2) - Find all the 3 secret [Location : 3:19, 7:20 & 10:12]
5. Bastet's Stash - Find Shotgun 5:19 , Magnum 13:14 & Uzis 23:59 weapons in this level
6. Behind Cat's Eyes - Check out what those big eyes are hiding 0:30
7. Down the Rabbit Hole - Make a long swan dive for someone who is winking at you 0:51
8. That Belongs in a Museum! - Take a close look at the preserved Egyptian vase 6:10
9. Alone in the Dark - Die in a very dark mysterious place 9:48
10. Schmitty's Leap - Get the secret on the high rock by making a swan dive jump 10:36
11. Crocodile Rock - Get all items without killing any crocodiles there 13:36 - 13:57
12. Jaws of Death - Jump over the three boulders on the center road on the way to the cat image without getting hurt 16:02 - 16:27
13. I'm Not a Pin - Jump over two boulders outside without taking damage 21:06 - 21:14
14. Exhausted - Take Lara so far into the desert that she dies 23:44
15. Like Alice - Listen to the biggest cat face under the night sky 24:41
At the end of this video, you should get 11 new achievements from completing this level.

Important Note :
To avoid being confused, this video was recorded after the 2nd patch (Update 2), using the save file that ends at "The Hive" before the patch update.
If you're loading any "Return to Egypt" and "Temple of the Cat" save files before the update, the 2 bugged achievements (Bastet's Stash & Gifts of Wonderland) would not unlocked instantly as you're using the bugged save files. You need to replay the whole level again by making Lara die and choose 'Restart Level' option from Game Over menu to properly reset the achievement progression.

No entiendo una cosa tengo salvas con las uscis refogidas en retorno a egipto antes de acabar el nivel (disparo con ellas las dejo fuera y termino y no me salta el trofeo de (bastet’s stach) y en el templo del gato termino con 239 recogidas , con salva justo antes del final y no me salta (gifts of wonderlands). de hecho tengo una salva faltandome tres objetos y termino con los 239 pick ups y nada. Para mi es q esa actualización fue para ps5 no 4 y si no entonces esta muy mal hecha pues con las salvas debiera saltar no me salgan ahora que se arregla empezando los niveles de nuevo🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨

Yes, it's recorded after Update 2 that fixed the bugged achievements
