And I’m noticing that whenever the First Lady is physically present in the sermon, and Bishop gets filled with the Holy Spirit… they turn to one another, almost innately. I have a question 🤔? What " Convince" you of your beliefs?
Do you think that a person could believe something that isn't true?, what was your method for determining the truth in your beliefs? Just in case you said FAITH is that a reliable way to find truth. For me faith is was we use when there isn't enough evidence to support a claim.

All my years as a Christian I found that prayer did nothing for me, but the actions from myself and the positive people around me made more of a difference than me praying. Again if that what help you I'm happy for you. How did you know it was God?? Let's say it was God ( the God of the Bible just to focus on one, they are so many) he not a very nice God. The whole concept is crazy. Any being that is worthy of worship wouldn't demand it and and scare you with the notion everlasting torment ( would you do that to your kid?) we not even gonna talk about owing people as property that you can pass on to your children ( Exodus 21) This is why I asked you why do you believe?, what convinced you because you have one life don't waste it on something you have insufficient evidence to believe.

I believe every word that said. But this has ALWAYS worked in theory, even though I know that I know that what you said is true. The problem that I am having getting theory to application. But I feel like I am in the word alone. And since being violated as a child, the first time @ 8 years old. I have been running from pillar to post. Then years and having a life that was juggler around, strokes and seizures. Bad relationships, and never having roots, because they were yanked up out of the ground when I became expendable to those who I thought would COVER MEEEEE!!! But if you get sick, and your mother is gone on to glory...Lord Please HAVE mercy on me!!!😔😢🙏🙏🙏.

@@staranderson6847 Star, you are never alone. When reading Gods word, the spirit of God is present with you. Jesus said "my words are spirit and they are truth. God is SOVEREIGN in our lives. He will use our failures, our abuses, wrongs done to us, to bring us to the end of ourselves and put HIM in charge of healing our lives over many prayers and much study of His word. We need to practice patience and wait upon the Lord for Him to manifest His goodness in His timing. There are no formulas or teachings that allow us to order God around as many would have us believe. We should take the I, me, and mine out of our vocabulary as much as possible when addressing our relationship with Christ Jesus. He already knows ALL your needs, your hurts, and sorrows.
