It took me to be in my late 20s to understand how disconnected I had been in regards to touch because I spent so much of my life in isolation. I was very good at interacting with people, but I realized it never felt real/full/true because I could tell they only wanted what they wanted or I only wanted what I wanted. I am still working on this because whomever I am in relationship with whether it is my wife, my children, my friends, my clients, etc I want them to feel real love and real connection. If we sow carnality and never birth spiirituality we remain a slave to the lusts of our past.
These last few years it has seemed that their hasn't been a trouble that wasn't un touched in my life but through it all I kept the faith from losing my family I still kept the faith to the enemy putting me on drugs and me selling the shoes off my feet I still kept the faith and now I'm sober and finished barbering school with a promising future ahead God never left me he was just silent during my test that he had prepared me for through his word I encourage you whoever you are to keep your faith in God he is faithful
