😊 No man, you are not alone. I am crazy about them too. When I lived in the Netherlands, I used to go to the grounds outside the airport to watch them landing and departure. Great experience.
Flawlessly immersive with professional camera work. You've nailed every detail. Love the font and flight info spacing! No distracting logos or glaring banners - just the finest air work on TH-cam. Thanks for braving rain snow sleet to bring us along!
Much appreciated my friend, we try to do our best with the logo’s and everything and still figuring out stuff. But these words really mean a lot to us, thanks again 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Without a doubt one of the BEST videos related to aviation that I could see in recent times, and I clarify that I have been watching one after another on TH-cam for YEARS... I am subscribing immediately... greetings!
Very impressive video and extraordinary work... a pleasure to watch ! ✓Your videos are like that glass of wine at day’s end - restorative, uplifting and enlightening. In my opinion Your videos are impossible not to watch ! I'm convinced : Fans of Your Channel rejoicing ! * * * Have a prosperous weekend dear AmsterdamAviation YT & Your Team !
As always, large airliners make for great snowblowers during takeoff and dry off the runway with their jet blast. Especially the heavies, they really get the job done! 😅
Seeing planes takeoff and land is literally one of the most satisfying things in the entire world although I’ve never actually gone to the airport and done real plain spotting like in these videos but I would like to
@@AmsterdamAviationYT there was one time when I was younger like 10 and I was flying to London on a a380 and the captain was so kind he lit me sit in the cockpit for the entire flight and he even let me hold the controls when he was landing the plane it was and always will be one of the best memories of my life
When I'm doing flight planning in MS flight simulator, I use ICAO airport codes. Could you consider using them in addition to the IATA codes? Thanks for the video. 👍🙏
Hello there, can somebody explain to me why most pilots use so much trust reverse and not much landing speed. It seems to me not very economical. I look at it from a environmental point of view. Don’t get me wrong. I like airplanes but using them just to fuel your addiction to power is wrong. You have to be smart because planes are already big polluters. Please explain. I can be wrong of course.
@@AmsterdamAviationYT you don’t get my point. They land and put those trust reversers full on. That’s why you see much water vapor come up and slow down rapidly but because they are not at the end of the runway to make the turn they use the engines again to maintain speed to get to the turn. That’s double use of fuel. Why not use landings speed to get to the end with the aid of the brakes and the reversers. Do you understand what I mean?
You're right - fuel efficiency rules as does wear (tires, gear etc) and safety, of course. Most aircraft exit before the end using calculated reverse thrust, braking for the earliest (or ground controller instructed) safe turnoff speed on wet/dry surfaces. Landing speed is set to minimize impact to the tires, gear etc. Once slowed or rolling it takes little fuel to continue taxiing so higher speeds wouldn't be worth the tradeoff in safety risk, wear. I always thought I was the only one who was crazy about planes
We are too :P

the video is not real footage ! its computer made maybe with AI , right ?
I wish it was so simple, this is all raw footage from the camera! No shortcuts with AI

Probably because they are fully loaded flights, and they need there brakes and thrust reverser to slow down

@@Funkybassplayer Wet runway, heavy payload=Poor braking action.
That's why they rely on thrust reversers to slow them down.
Planes are not so big polluters tbh
