Man, I love your videos! Working on a 1969 GMC restoration and your videos have been a great help. Wish you were local so you could teach me the ways of the force! Keep doing your thing man! You're awesome!!
We were spared too much snow. It looks like we have maybe 4-5" or so. They certainly made it sound like we were going to get pounded. Looks like it went south of us.
Props to you for sharing about your anxiety and how you're working through it. Men don't share the challenges we have and we should. Good on you brother! Edit: I just finished my VA install and am interested to see how you get it all installed. You will like how much quieter the truck is inside without that big hole in the firewall letting in the engine noise. The old plastic air box didn't keep out much noise.
Thank you, I really appreciate it. I am so stoked for A/C. I dropped the firewall panels off at the painter on Monday to have them color matched. I went back and forth between leaving them black and painting them about a dozen times. Going to cut the dash holes this week and get everything else going in the mean time.
I have an orange and white truck too but I think our oranges are different. I left mine black but did paint the bolts/screws black. I have a lot of black in my engine compartment so it looks ok.
Sorry you lost a buddy during all this crap :( I feel similar about the state of the world and wonder why I am dumping money in my car when in the scheme of things there is stuff way more important right now. But it helps to keep the mind aimed towards a positive goal. I'm glad your in a place now where you can get back at this stuff and make videos :)
Thanks man. These last few years have been tough. We've had a lot of tough decisions to make on the fly and just try to do the best we can. Wrenching in the shop is a great release from the world. Just trying to make the best with the cards we are dealt. Looking forward to you manual swap first drive. I want to do the same at some point.

Jim "Lets talk about it Bro" you are not alone, I'm in the same boat. Stay strong Brotha, Beautiful truck you have there !!
Thank you and thank your for the compliment. I love this truck!
18" of snow might slow down the AC install.
Good luck with the project when you get time.

I hear your pain I was diagnosed at 16 with manic depression every day is a battle so if you need to vent or to talk it’s good to get it out
That's tough. I feel for you. All we can do it keep on keeping on. I does feel good to get it out there.

Nice. I didn’t mind the black at all. Bet it looms great!
I ordered my kit for 1336.99 in November, now it's February and the price is $1825.99. My kit ships the first of March.
Woah! That’s an increase!
