@@israelmateaki9235 Always safer to report if you're unsure about a cheater. If someone's not actually cheating Riot's anti cheat wont detect anything off and the report will be dismissed.

People also tend to self diagnose themselves with problems that they don't have, which is why Hooj so often has to explain that advice he gives to the person he's reviewing is FOR THEM and not for anybody else. Because other people MAY have the same issue, OR, they may have a significantly BIGGER issue that they need to fix first, and now they're focusing on the wrong thing because they're taking advice that isn't meant for them.
