I love that you said that not everyone has the budget to go buy a bunch of Christmas things! I think the same when watching Christmas decorate with me videos. A lot of my stuff is hand me downs too and it makes them that much more special :)

I feel you about comparing your decor to others! I feel like mine suck but have to realized there’s more important things to worry about like Christmas gifts lol I ran outta decor to decorate but I made it all work lol those stockings are cute! Love the tree! The Santa is cute lol I love lights too! Love the candles! Love what you use for the tree topper! Love they merry Christmas sign! Oh no to the ornament breaking ! That sucks! I also loved how you mentioned that everyone’s budget is not the same. I get so caught up in seeing everyone’s decorations & would love to one day be at that level lol but right now I try to get 1-2 Christmas decorations every year.

Love you point of view! We don’t have a ton of decorations either, but I would rather spend our extra money on something else. You can totally be festive with just a few things! I love lights too though!

Girl you have super cute decor!! I feel you on the budget thing though. I find myself getting down at times because I don’t the nicest house or the best decor like some of the other people I watch on TH-cam but that’s okay. I know i shouldn’t compare because everyone’s budgets are different like you said!!

I have felt the same way about my decorations. Decorations from family are the best because I am so sentimental 😂 also I love decorating but my 2 year old loves “undecorating” so going all out is just not worth it lol

It is so easy to get caught up and feel like you just have to buy all these crazy things, I'm guilty of it forsure. I instantly thought the grinch when you showed that tree.

Same here girl xmas decorations isn't normally in my budget it's extra too.. I haven't bought anything new yet this year. Oh I love family decorations and hand me downs/pass on ornaments I have many of these❤! Oh shame about the broken one too 😔 ❤🌲❄

Chistmas is about Christ. I am glad you stayed true to your budget and heart and did what was right for your family There is never a need to feel inadequate as long as you are sincerein purpose. We get the kids 3 gifts each year and not one more. Jesus christ received 3 so that is good enough for them.
Awe girl I LOVE that!!!! I would love to do that for our kids in the future! Right now Blaze is the only grandchild so everyone goes crazy with him 😂 but I think we should adopt that and just get him 3 and whatever grandparents/aunts uncles get is extra! I do agree! And I want Blaze to see us modeling that Christmas is about Jesus and not the gifts/material things!
