Why can't you just fill the voids in the box with some scrap wood to decrease the internal volume? Obviously you'll need to attach it but it's really no different than calculating for the amount of volume you lose when you add internal bracing.
It looked like a different surround then the mega roll v2 when you put the camera back on it on the last blast. Looked like it was the spl roll used on the u series

the only SPL sub Sundown makes is the Neo-SPL. All others are musical subwoofers, especially the X, Z, and NS models.

What's the difference between the SPL version and the stock version of the sub's?
Different cone/surround and spider. The spl version will have a stiffer suspension and compliance curve.
