MAN--I wish I could come see y'all and get this! I'm FMA living in Murrieta, CA. You guys still training during COVID?

I am only working at the moment with clients with special needs. I have to be very cautious of who I’m around through this Covid stuff. I have Aaron helping me with filming right now. I could design videos directly by your request if you like.
We are not far apart, so once we can get training back I’d be happy to have you come train. If you want to come for a weekend of training with a couple friends, we have packages for that too. They include a 2 bedroom centered a 1/4 block from the ocean and one block from the bay. We’ve got kayaks, boogie boards, inflatables and all that fun stuff if you have kids as well. It’s a great location to break away during the pandemic.
Either way, thank you for your comment

This looks like a kungfu style dance.

Thanks xxAgent. I think Flow drills are awesome. If you are form Jujitsu, it’s similar to waza

      Hi David,
Thanks for the inspiration. I’m adding a second side to this flow drill. I’ll have part B of this coming out before Tuesday (Memorial Day Weekend. Lol). I’ll have Master Duza add more details. We would also like to invite you to join the membership part of the channel we have coming in June. Then we can go live with you. It’s going to be really cool 😎. I hope. 😃

Are you sure you can spot a master from a four minute video?

@@peaceonearth8693 lol. I can assure you from working with these guys, both are highly qualified and well deserving of the rank of Master in their disciplines. I do mainly boxing and fitness training for Jing Shen, but these guys are on another level!

She’s a complete beginner here, but making the effort to learn. Plus it’s truest functional fitness, even if you never need to use it. However, once you’ve mastered Chin Na you have a true self defense skill set. More BJJ practitioners should pick up Chin Na. I’ve coached champion in Jujitsu, BJJ, MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai and Escrima … Chin Na offers some really unique qualities.
