i find your videos very helpful but please eliminate the background music (too loud/distracting) and use a microphone so we can hear/understand your information better. thanks!
Wait so how should my tongue push? Like should the tip of my tongues first movement be pushing forward and up? Or Should i focus on pushing up first and then back? Or just backward altogether?
Hey, so should the teeth be clenched together before the swallow is initiated? I noticed that it is much easy to swallow when my teeth are clenched together before the swallow, but it kinda hurts my jaw.
Hi, your teeth should not clench when you are swallowing. If you are clenching hard, it might be that you do not have good posterior seals (due to weak posterior tongue strength). Check out our tongue strength and posterior tongue exercises. Good-luck!!
Yes, it is the exercises that we posted on our youtube chanel. It is harder than when you are young but like all dysfunctions, it can be improved with therapy. Goodluck
Thank you so much, such a life saver. Everything makes sense now. I hope i learned this sooner. But thank you so much!

Do the teeth have to be together/touch lightly, when doing it? I can do the swallow but not when my teeth are together.
Teeth are usually slightly apart during the swallowing process!
It starts with the correct swallowing during breastfeeding versus swallowing during bottle feeding
So how do I learn to swallow properly?
there are some excercise videos on their youtube channel
