And whos is going to pay for all these houses and associated infrastructure? The private sector of course, who will also want their cut! Wages will go through the roof because they won't have the labour workforce available, so more specialist visas will be available for more bricklayers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers etc the house prices will rocket! Great for those on the housing ladder but what about those who cannot even get on the first rung of that ladder! plus legal immigration goes higher!
