- In this teaching the Guides walk you through what a life truly is when a person makes the decision to align in the Upper Room. At first, the lecture describes how someone may benefit the world by residing there, and as the lecture unfolds the Upper Room is described in greater detail. It was made important to understand that any spiritual journey, in its truest sense, is always a journey made for others. When you embody as the light, or as the Guides say, the light incarnates as you, it is always for the benefit of others. The largest obstacle, and most important to understand, is that the gradation of light we align to, is causally related to the investment of denial we have accrued. The light and denial cannot coexist in a life, there is a choice required, and the Guides teach how not to give your authority over to them, but rather to be in your own authority and subsequently making your own choices for yourself.

Amazing teaching! Thank you, Paul and Guides. A powerful shift of energy in these perfectly articulated words. I am in the Upper Room. God is! I am incredibly grateful to be here, in this loving frequency, and for the opportunity to say, "YES!" to re-knowing our world in a higher way. It will be so.
Anything can feel helpful, subjectively. This material is not only that, it is evidential in objective ways too (multiple witnesses to some of what has been observed). I suspect that as more choose paths like this with such direct links to our upper room/true selves (self?), our lives will continue to express in ways that service the entire living world with growing & joyous consequence.
PS: The young man they speak of at 42:37 is my son. He is following these teachings at times, even as he occasionally still makes poor choices with respect to mental health challenges, which cause my wife and I significant additional burden. I share this to stress that the teachings here are certainly a major help (remembering to see the inherent divine and implied potential in others, regardless of behavior or pace of progress) as they have been a huge support. And given that our son listens to these lectures 24/7 (literally), I imagine he also finds respite from his own internal challenging landscape. It also shows that great service can flow at times even from those who are typically seen as problems. Gratitude for these nuanced teachings is abundant.

Indeed, “to be attended to by the divine is to say yes to it,” which is why steps one, two and especially step three (“Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him”) of twelve step programs are so vital to those in recovery. min. 7:50 "...but you will not be in the upper room. You will be cataloging error and looking for the errors to file there." These words stay with me as my husband watches every minute of the impeachment hearings. It's like the cosmos is giving me a gift wrapped opportunity to put these words into practice...and, I'll admit, my knee jerk reaction is not always upper room worthy. But I continue to breathe through and listen to Paul to keep me focused.
And in the same vein I grapple 2 years later with the New York arrest extravaganza. How to not bring my knee jerks of unfairness into the upper room. Ir is both harrowing and heartbreaking to be in knee-jerk mode reactionary.

Try emailing someone in "team guides" if I may call them that ;-) as there are transcripts, but I'm not sure if you have to sign up for the monthly subscription or can access them individually. I have been a "lab" member for some time and it always seems like the extra funds from additional employers who "pop up" in perfect ways happen as needed...yrs ago my cousin balked at the notion that costs were well above what the books go for, but he agreed that when our lives are not subsidized by handouts we certainly require incomes. I (like many) can't deny the evidence that this is so far beyond anything else I have come across that I would be kidding (and shorting) myself not to support it/be supported by it. Be well!
Paul, I would love the guides to speak to "the one note played", all that is in tonality, and the different levels of vibration. Specifically, if all is sound and vibration, can it be measured in terms of Hertz? As on a piano, when you play the note "A", it oscillates at 432Hz or vibration per second. Is there a specific and measurable frequency for one that articulates in the Upper Room or is expressing through a higher frequency of vibration?

I'm really enjoying your channeling. Something always so profound and transcendent I find in these channeling. What I wonder, is do you receive each phrase singularly, or could you stream the "part one" of each phrase ina continuous state. I am curious because the tone is very other worldly, and unemotional, rapid and efficient. I just wonder what it would sound like to hear just that part, something like some rap or some kind of spiritual chanting, in a monotone, rapid flow. Or do you need to translate it into the pace and human emotional emphasis as you go?

If you go by the stories of The singularity and God splitting one's self up to get to experience and know things. And us being a part of God in that sense, then obviously God would not know everything and be finite. Because if God was finite then what would be the reason to use incarnations to experience things such as chocolate for example.
to me that is just a theory about what God is up to ... how can we comprehend such a thing it seems unlikely to me that we do..

Funny I have aways seen him as his higher self, my agony has been the loneliness of camaraderie about this from my friends. But I have lots going on about other politicians so the work is the same and seems beyond possible.
Why does Paul say everything The Guides are saying, twice? It's so hard to "tune into" the message,
when one listening to a echo chamber of his whisper being of equal audio volume as the spoken message.
Very distracting indeed.
I've never seen any other medium/channeler do this. I guess I better stick to his written messages.
Hey, late response but take heart: in the past the guides actually told Paul it would be helpful to not have to do this (my summary of what I remember) and a few times he has pulled it off, but only for a few sentences and when they were "rocking the house" so to speak. But given other things I've heard them hint at over the last several years I am guessing it might still be possible. My own father is really put off by it as well, but my son and I have gotten very use to it and after only a lecture or two in the begging the brain easily adapts...
If you listen to his books on Audible or Audiobooks he just reads the text and it is much easier to not get caught up in the repetition issue. I have learned to look past it and maybe by now you have too, its worth the effort to mine the golden messages.
@@ooohlaa13 - Strange how all of the channels in the world, are never given info on how to cure all diseases, or instructions on how to build Med-Beds. Something to think about.
