Ehhhh... I mean u can hear that there are words like prague so this exact version is czech. And czech version is the original one. The others that are in cartoons in other countries are just copies of melody or maybe even text of this one

The chairman of the local agricultural cooperative offers him his daughter to marry and half of the cooperative’s estate if he rids the village of the monster, so the protagonist hunts it down with a cropduster plane and ends its terror forever by spraying it with pesticides.
