Great video! It was super nice to learn more about Jony and his design process. Being someone who's just barely getting into the custom stick and leverless world, seeing everyone's passion for something even so niche is REALLY cool. I'd love to see more interviews, great work Jony and great work Hush!
Totally agree! I actually cut this way down from 2+ hours just so people would give the video a click and a chance. (I felt like too long and they wouldn't even bother) But yeah, I'm a big fightstick geek so love all the cool nuggets from these interviews.
That is a really clean build. I usually like art on the top, but somehow it works well without that element, and then just leans into the appropriate colors and a sick foam etching. Just really clean. And yeah, thanks for watching, GranolaArcade! I appreciate it!
It would be awesome to get an interview like this from the folks at SGF to see what their thoughts are as a new comer and small business. It would also be interesting to get some thoughts from the folks at JFA.
Yeah, those could be cool. I was trying something new on this one because I'm genuinely curious but to also gauge interest in future ones. Thanks for watching/commenting!
Great video! I have a BnB and a 4TW so I definitely appreciate this mans work. Unrelated but I hope they bring back R. Mika! Make it happen again Capcom.
great video! i would have loved to hear more about jony's thoughts about composition, what he thinks are great examples and how to create a good composition
I cut down the interview a lot for the sake of time, but I don't believe he ever mentioned art compositions in the way you are describing. But! The fightstick niche is a small world. I'm sure if you needed this question answered, he would happily oblige in his discord. discord.gg/bMyUvXun Good luck!
Oh shit how did I miss this video. Love Jony. Buying a 4TW kit and interacting with him to get an issue with one of the prints resolved was nothing but great. I'd love to get a full art commission from him someday once I have a full solid idea.
Amazing interview!! Are you gonna interview other people who are creating arcade sticks? I'll be interested to hear about the creation process of a ENTH product
I have a lot of other videos in the works, but these interviews are something I might come back to if people are interested and wanting more. Thanks for watching!
Yeah, jony is a good dude. (And now I only need another 10 years of uploads before I reach your production levels, lol. Thanks for stopping by, dude! Hope you're well!)
I've been collecting and building arcade sticks for a few years now. Jony's are some of my favorites and I own two BNBs, an Espada, 4TW, and Minidub. So much room for art for me to flex my novice illustration and graphic design work.
Hey Everyone. Thanks for the comments! Keep supporting the homie HushMySweet for more amazing content.

Glad you enjoyed it! And thanks for your nice comment! Like you, I find these dives into different creators very interesting.
Jony is such a great figure in the fightstick world, interesting to hear his thoughts and insight into his processes!
Thank you for watching! Jony truly is a legend in the fightstick community.
@@HushMySweet1 as are you my friend! Keeup up the great content

2:58 "I hate rectangles" I swear that's the graffiti inspiration talking and it looks amazing! I even have a 4TW.
I felt we always sort of knew he hated them, but this confirms it, lol. Glad you enjoyed his thoughts on design! Thanks for watching!
Yes PLEASE do more of these!
I'll see if I can't sprinkle in one every now and again. Thanks for watching!
Please do more of these! As a newcomer to starting a fight stick art business, this was very insightful! I love perspective, so the more the merrier ❤
I'll try to sprinkle one in every now and again then! Thanks for watching!
The MVC2 Espada build he did is the DOPEST arcade stick I have ever seen...
That was a cool build! Thanks for weighing in with a comment (it helps show me people are watching and care about this stuff too).
@@HushMySweet1 no problem/of course :)
Awesome interview! It's so cool to hear from the people who help me with my niche within the niche.

Right on! And maybe if they are letting R. Mika back in for you, they can also bring back my boy, Vegs. Thanks for watching/commenting, dude~!
