Having a busy schedule means less time to eat so it works with their schedules, also they make a living off of being fit, so really it's like the most important thing for them, keeping an eye on fitness means thinking deeply about nutrition as well.. I’m so curios about how Seulgi always keeps her body fit and looks healthy. I have never seen her body in bad condition since her debut even though she has a busy schedule.
I remember in a interview she said that she gains muscle very easily. so.. ie. more muscle means less fat. She's also known to eat well too. I'm sure she works out when she can. All the girls do yoga. Some people are just blessed with great figure. ☺😋
Just don't overeat and keep yourself busy or moving , you will keep the same body for years 😊
Having a busy schedule means less time to eat so it works with their schedules, also they make a living off of being fit, so really it's like the most important thing for them, keeping an eye on fitness means thinking deeply about nutrition as well.. Where a scientist spends their time experimenting, a performer spends their time working out and practicing. Hope this makes sense to you so you can understand what their job is like.
For real. It's shocking to hear she said she just did twice in a week and seeing her in this video tells me she's really not a gym junkie she has lots of tight muscles especially her back. But she always looks she has a great body shape since forever. Is it in her gene probably? But seriously her body shape is a goal!! I want my body like hers
