I copped this album around 2004-2005, this was my favorite track. "Understanding is your flashlight, It reflects the windows to your past life" transcends culture, race, ethnicity. KP verse at the end "negative is always competitive, therefore you should never let it live"

I was on acid at a high school party back in 1998 when I first heard this song and I couldn't get it out of my mind. Later I found out who it was and bought Heavy Mental. I can't tell you what an impact this album had on my life. Killah Priest was writing these lyrics but it wasn't Killah Priest that was writing these lyrics if you know what I mean.
