    physical health is realted to your metal health and somehow empacts on our lifestyle choices we make, self-esteem and there are so many people who are kot blessed enough to pay for thier health ; gym and so on. Remember if you are blessed enough to pay for your gym fee and good food. Don't let yourself down,wake up and live your best life. Because most of the people don't have it 😇

    How does one cope with living alone, but also being motivated to getting fit???? Alone i can deal with but keeping fit i found it very difficult, when i do work out i'm feeling mentally and physically great! But their are days i just can't be bothered! Why is that????

      I think we all wane in motivation. Try to make it a habit instead just like brushing your teeth or drinking water. We do it automatically, and we don’t have to think about it much. Another thing that helped me is to do it for yourself and not to please or impress anyone else. I have learned not to rely on others to validate my worth. Just know that YOU are amazing and YOU are worth the effort everyday!
