Really tired of people not understanding "crush" property vs hit detection... If your attack doesn't touch them, their state, your move type, crush properties etc don't matter at all. DJ recovers in a hunched over position so small highs can go over him. It isn't a high crush property. AOP has been ducking under mids for years by this same principle. There's nothing weird about it.

@虎嘯魘魅 you're not even reading his comment lol. If the move recovered crouch your 14f high punish would whiff just the same. The move has "crush" properties because during the animation frames it crushes moves. I'm so tired of ppl making comments like these. For AoP to be analogous you would have to say her recovering on a move that doesn't end in a crouch isn't crushing, but it is. "Crush" is anytime a move evades that attack due to hit box during animation. Dj is crushing that attack, he doesn't recover crouched.
