Wrathgiver sword still takes the cake of being the uncontested sword, but in terms of fun, threshing sword is amazing. also at times I feel like explosions are uncontrollable and they do more harm than good, but still fun
@@FAsterisks higher ranking fortresses are stacked with hacked orcs with no weaknesses and 1 shot kill abilities. Only method to kill them is wrathgiver sword, no other strategy can work. Though in duels versus non hacked no weakness orcs treshing sword could still work.
@@idfclutchnixon that’s what I’m saying, in that situation the threshing sword does work against orcs with no weaknesses, it can even daze them. I’ll make a video on the wraith giver sword. But as I’ve said I never like using that mode to kill orcs
You can really optimize this build by getting a piece of armor with the ability that allows you to gain a small amount of health while on fire instead of taking fire damage, it stops you from taking damage from the fire you cause by exploding the whole battlefield. I'm not 100% sure which pieces of armor allow this ability.

So personally I prefer using 3 different sets with 3 active 2 piece bonus' and occasionally I will swap weapons and use that sword but the set bonus isn't that good on that set. Prefer not to have sappers spawn instead of the body guard I can assign. The black guard 2 piece and vengeance 2 piece bonus go good storming keeps
In terms of armour I have a different set I like which massively reduces the amount of damage I take from enraged orc, stops high level crazy strong orcs from 1 shooting me
I wonder if there’s a video actually comparing the 3 strongest swords to determine which is best, because it’s either this one, the wrathgiver, or the humiliator, most say wrathgiver since it’s the only one that can easily kill hacked orcs, but that’s not the only situation in the game, threshing can easily win 1v1s and help set things up easier, and humiliator seems to be a better version of the wrathgiver as long as you’re not against hacked orcs but doesn’t do anything in 1v1s
Oh yeah, did you know there's actually a possibility that your guy doesn't betray you if you hit them enough. Very very rarely a guy will be so loyal to you that he will die to you without a fight. I believe it has to do with the hidden loyalty points the Nemesis system has to determine betrayals and stuff. Once a certain amount of points are reached they have a very slim chance to gain a hidden trait to never betray you from abuse. I'm no expert so don't take this as fact though.
Love the videos, but had a suggestion for this build, try the legendary warmonger hammer rather than the legendary machine hammer. I think it will complement it better as the legendary machine hammer only has 8 elfshot as to the 13 from the legendary warmonger hammer, and the legendary warmonger hammer creates fire explosions adding to the explosions you are already getting.
A little off topic, but do you have any advice regarding acquiring the "Raiders Hammer" which you can only acquire from whacking a Marksman from the Marauder Tribe? In over 200 + hours, I have yet to run into a single one short of seeing one in the Fight Pit against one of my Orcs... obviously you can't grab them in there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. For me the threshing sword is the only counter to the omega level orcs I find that have no weaknesses
@@FAsterisks wrathgiver gives you permanent wrath mode, which means you just kill everything very easily with elven light into glaive

Paineater is the best. You can have the hitkill build even in gravewalker against 7777 orcs.
