yeah im looking at getting a kubota GL 11000 24.5hp diesel generator from my dealer wich is $8,500 wich was cheaper then $36,981 for a caterpiller same size
I was going to buy a new U17 last year but some guy traded on a U25 super series with two buckets and the thumb with 950 hrs and I bought that one instead. I’ve had it for about 14 months. It’s been a great machine!! I’m glad I bought it over the U17.
Hi Hunter. How have you got on with the U25 over the last 7 months or so? I dare say you are now really profficient and have that machine working well under your command. I have an older machine of the same model. We run a number of machines of various sizes. I'd say this sized digger is brilliant for most jobs where you have to work in tight spots. I'm so envious of your thumb grab. Here in the UK they aren't standard fittings, but so useful. Your comments are spot on. The U25 punches well above its weight. We all apreciate your modest approach; keep working her and have fun!
Congratulations on the new addition to the fleet. I just got a KX 033-4, I have 48 hours on it now and have enjoyed it a lot. Just keep practicing at your place and get proficient in its use 👌.
@@weekendhomeprojects kubotas are great plus the manufacture of kubotas are smart having a locked up feul caps on all there excavators and skid steers and generators and doors for the engine for protection wich kubota did a smart thing wich thefts be having hard time stealing feul with a locked feul cap with cover over the key hole wich no other branded doesnt have them
I'm just trying to get my place in shape, but I did one half day job, pulling out about 20 stumps and stacking them into a burn pile, and then came back with the little BX with Front loader and Box blade and filled in the hole with dirt customer bought from another company. All in a 6 house job, $500.00
Kubota is a great machine! Grease, keep it serviced and check the track adjustment occasionally and it’ll last you a long time.

Bought a U17 a couple weeks ago, controls are kicking my butt. I’ll get the hang of it.

they are accully the best achine on the market plus they have anti theft system in all kubota excavators wich kubota put a smart thought into it

Just out of curiosity, is that a 7k trailer or a 10k trailer?
It’s two 3500lb axles. 7k total. He recently bought a 10k to haul it.
I have one of these. It’s awesome. Mine says it weighs 6200 lbs though.
