The goal of the Lord's recovery is to bring forth the one new man---a corporate, universal man--- for the fulfillment of God's eternal purpose.
The key to the practical existence of the one new man--- the putting off the old man and the putting on of the new man--- is in being renewed of our mind.
We need to take Christ as our person, grow up into Christ in all things, and learn Christ as the reality is in Jesus for the corporate living of the one new man.
As we are ruled by the peace of Christ and inhabited by the word of Christ through persevering in prayer, He permeates and replaces us with Himself until all our natural distinctions have been eliminated, and we become the new man in reality.

These "saints" are not the same as the saints you read about in God's Word. They are self processing saints. Salvation belongs to God, not "The Lord's Recovery". God decides who He wants to set apart to do His Will. His Son has established the church that He said He would build. Those He adds to it become saints to do His Will.
Read God's Word for details.
God already has a plan in place and does not need Witness Lee's counsel.

My son Jonathan lives in Gibsonton, Florida and has belonged to the Lord's Recovery since 2005. Tell Satan I want my son back.
I am so sorry to hear this. My heart goes out to you. I was in this for 2.5 years in college, and my mom wanted me back so much during that time. May the real Jesus free your son and bring him back to you
I am surprised how many are experiencing the same kind of thing I am. Truly this group preys on the gullible.

When you hear some of the tenants it sounds good but then you get into the decisive practices and it becomes apparent something is off. Then once you hear Witness Lee constantly you realize there are aspects of a cult.
Their "goal" is not theirs. It is Christ's goal. He is doing it and has been doing it without Witness Lee's help.
Would we have heard of the New man, had Br. Lee not brought us these messages.
The new man is in spirit (when born again) only, we can not put the old man (flesh) away until we receive a glorified body. God does NOT need the church/over comers. I pray for you all to not misinterpret who Jesus Christ is. He is independent Holy, Holy, Holy.🙏❤️

Commentator asks "Would we have heard of the New Man teaching if it were not for WL teaching?". Just put your finger on the problem.
God's Word teaches us all we need to know about the new creature we become when we are baptized into Christ. But what God's Word teaches is often not enough for WL. He is driven to go beyond the Word of God in his fanciful speculations.
God's Word is sufficient for all of us. Trust God or trust WL. The choice is yours.
After 20 years in Local Church I saw enough sin and corruption. They are not able to deal with basic things and sins. Leading brothers are without correction deep in flesh pride and selfish. I saw so many dear sisters and brothers abused and damaged. Jesus would never do such a things. I do not see and similarity to person Jesus described in Bible. I could not listing all these high pick revelations after I was witnessing this corruption for so long. Love is stil love. Mercy is still mercy. No matter what You know about symbols etc. I hope many will wake up and start independent Local Church life without control of brothers who have no Testimony and no Holly Sprit. Especially is no biblical leading churches by brothers from other cities. This is heresy. Only local brothers know what happen on local ground. So deciding about Lords Table or who is worthy of fellowshipping is not biblical. Obedience? Yes! But only to the Holly Spirit! One Spirit, One God, One Faith. Only God can control His body. But they will say, yeees, but... No but! Without Independent Holly Spirit they have to create oneness by human power. That is why they fulfill all definition of cult.

In order to receive the freedom that truth brings you must continue in it. Seek the truth in God's Word and continue in it. Seek out the church that Jesus Himself built, not the one that Witness Lee built.
