My BuJo saved my life ... I'm not kidding. And it still does each and every day. It figures it took another ADHD-er to figure out a simple but effective system like this one.

If you don’t know Ryder Carroll’s method of bullet journaling - I highly recommend it. He doesn’t mention the journal that he created that was shown at the end but it’s super thoughtful. It’s NOT the artsy bullet journaling on Pinterest. It’s highly thought out and super conducive to being productive and mindful.
(Personally,I love the artsy bullet journaling, but it takes a long time to do and I don’t recommend it for most people. )

Please please please, if you could make more content around ADHD and how bullet journal can help this would be awesome. It's already changing my life but I feel it could help me even more

When I worked in a fast-paced medical office, I had a weekly spread: on one page, I had an Alistair Method with all of my regular daily tasks, a simple weekly "calendar" where I could write down any scheduled tasks (such as when I would be required to get back with a patient or coworker about an issue), and the other page was for rapid-logging - simple one-off tasks that I couldn't do at the moment, accolades, issues I noticed, etc.
When I had a clear moment, usually at the end of the day, I would migrate any notes to the proper page, and check to make sure I had taken care of any urgent tasks. It was fantastic structure that kept me on top of my work, and allowed me to advocate for myself and my patients.
I'm trying to figure out how to use it now as a SAHP, since the required tasks tend to explode into hundreds of others I don't have on my list, and each day is far more fluid than an office job.

I finally managed to set up my first bullet journal about two and a half years ago, from your introduction video.
I am somehow still going strong, and it has really helped my stress level over time.
Thank you so much for sharing your system. I am really glad I tried it out even though I had a lot of internal resistance. It has actually helped me identify and somewhat manage my pathological demand avoidance.

Your system really resonated with me, and it worked for a time but like all systems I eventually stopped using it. I am forever bouncing between digital and analog solutions, leaving a wake of data and notes that I never go back and review through multiple tools, notebooks, and services. I think some of that is as much a factor of literally having too many interests and too much to do as much as it's an issue with any system or tool. However, I wish there were an answer that simply worked for the long-term!

Bullet journalism has changed my life. I don’t mean in some huge dramatic fashion, but in a deep way. Every day I flip it open, and plan the day ahead. I used to forget so much, and be shocked, reacting to new information that, in fact, I’d already been told. This was a game changer.

Having the book near you or a sticky note to relate to your note pad helps with a more seem less routine since we have many things preoccupied our current thing

My problem is how to implementing them. Its too complicated. If make it too simple i get bored and too complicated i get frustrutated.

It is really hard! The first couple of months I honestly mostly just monitored things. I've found out that I have quite bad PDA, but I handled getting into BuJo with kid gloves, and it has really payed off.
I had to be ready though.
I hope you find a way that works for you, or other tools that support your needs!

I'm not ADHD but I have used a similar system for years and it works well for me. I like how you set yours up and may add a symbol for events similar to this.

I used BuJo during college, which helped a lot. I ended up getting diagnosed with ADHD by a psychiatrist later on. It does not shock me that this BuJo helped me cope and get me my bachelor's degree without as much problems.

Saying you invented it is a stretch, many people have come up with many similar systems and I can't imagine anyone of those didn't influence you
