The wagon's getting closer to complete with every episode, and I'm looking forward to the next. And you can count me in on the 2nd channel when it's ready.

James, that is one hell of a belair project you've got yourself. I just started to build a 1962 Dash as a wall hanger project. But... I have owned the 1962 Chevy belair wagon 409 that was featured on Bang-shift.com/racing junk for 10 years now. It's my baby. I wish you tons of luck with your baby.

Thank you for all your videos . Seeing you this extensive work helps me remember that it can be done, when I'm feeling a little overwhelmed with my project . You've helped me get to the next step a couple of times now . Your videos are really valuable. Your are doin great.

I am in the process of cutting the dashboard out of my Dad's old 1961 Impala that has been in the woods for the past 50 years. I plan on restoring it and hanging it on my garage wall as a working unit with an operable radio and working lights. I have removed the gauge cluster and the steering column with the steering wheel attached. I plan on having it housed in a wooden box with speakers and an amp installed. Can you show me how I can remove the two trim pieces on the left and right side of the dash that on the far ends of the dash or do they stay connected?
