Colorado State University has been wrong many times in the past with their predictions, people need to understand what they are really doing is just taking the average number of storms and have now made a base line, we have always had hurricanes they are nothing new. This year we may see a lot of what is called fish storms where the storm never makes landfall and just curves out into the sea. Also the dust level from Africa affects hurricanes and right now the dust level is up but Colorado State University seems to be ignoring that.
