    The crazy thing of BBQ. I make lists of things I did wrong before the current cook is over. That's how it is, but usually the results are still good! And your bird kicks ass!! Great job!!!

    Great work. It was 250-275 for a little over 2 hours on a 10 lb bird if anyone is looking for a cheat sheet.

    Wow, you jumped over so many details. Glad you did a postmortem, but after your comment about "now we'll check the Kamado" you jumped directly to pulling it off the grill.

    Awesome video, man! I’m going to have to try that on my Masterbuilt Gravity Smoker/Grill (remember I told you about? Atlanta). Love that Kamado Joe. One day I’ll graduate and get one! Side note: I had a heart attack a few weeks ago so I’ve been out of commission, but I’m mending well. I’ll be 53 in March. Please keep me in your prayers.
