Sir, mujhe 2011 me t.b hua tha aur treatment ke bad thik bhi ho gya tha but mujhe 2014 me mouth se bloody sputum ata h jo 3se 4din tk renta h 2019 me mujhe left lung me minor plural effusion ki shikayat hui aur doctor neantibiotic di (Microcef-cv, montair lc) aur thik ho gya but 2020 may me mujhe fir bloody sputum ho rha h jo5se 7din rhta h ,sir mujhe kis treatment keliye jana chahiya please help ,my age is 33female.

My father was diagnosed with TB via a biopsy of the Ileum. All other tests were negative.
Treatment started with Akurit-4 but within 2-3 weeks his LFT results came very bad and the doctor put him on Levofloxacin and Ethambutol. After 2-3 weeks, the LFT is normal and doctor again changed medicine but my father got immediate side effects like nausea, vertigo and further loss of appetite. He is on the verge of stopping all medicines and I am requesting him not to.
Can he go back to Levofloxacin and ethambutol and continue this for next 4-5 months or is it necessary to go back to Rifampicin, Isozianid?
He is generally feeling sick with loss of appetite and nausea since TB medications started.
How is your father doing now? My brother was diagnosed with pleaural tb 6 months back, underwent an operation and on treatment. He responded well to treatment and gained 9 kgs in 6 months. Now he developed sudden stomach pain and diagnosed with bowel perforation due to tb. He underwent an other operation now. I am clueless how to treat him forward. Extremely difficult situation.
@@yuvaryugam3434 My father discontinued treatment for TB after 3 months as side effects were massive. He still faces short term memory issues after almost 1 year. His digestion is still not 100%and complains of discomfort, mild pain, bloating and less appetite. But we have decided to not go in for further strong treatments. We are managing the problem through diet control.
Surprisingly, what really helps his abdomen is Apple cider vinegar. He drinks 2 spoons in warm water every morning empty stomach and it has really made his condition better. I would say 60% better. He does not eat white flour, all breads in general and certain foods that cause acidity and gas.
Touchwood, he is managing better now as compared to 3-4 months earlier.
Sir my sister is sufferings from longer mdr and she is admitted in NITRD(delhi)
Acc. To you the longer mdr patient should given all group A, all groupB and also one of group C Medicine
But my doctor has given only group A&B medicines and has not given any of group C medicine.... Pls help me sir.... I want to connect to you..... Can i connect with you??

Sir mere brother ko 20 days before balgam se morning me blood aaya to usne swaroop rani haspital allahabad me dikhaya vanha par doctor ne balgam ka janch , x-ray janch, CT scan karwaye par kucch nahi pata chala doctor bhi confused hai TB hai ki nahi par TB ka medicine de rahe hai. Brother ko write side chest me pain bhi hai. Bahut tension me puri family hai kucch Marg darshan kariye sir please..........

सर मेरी बीवी की MDR टीबी है और उसको 9 महीने हो गए हैं उसने Bedaquiline का सेवन किया 6 महीने किया है। उनके बाद culture टेस्ट नेगेटिव आया है। पर उसके पैर से वो चल नहीं पा रही है पिछले 3 महीने से, हाथों की पकड़ भी कमजोर हो गई है। काफी डॉक्टर को दिखा लिया है परंतु कोई खास असर नहीं पड़ा है। और टी बी वाले डॉक्टर कहते हैं कि इसमे हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते हैं ये दवाई इस ट्रीटमेन्ट में होता ही है।
3 महीने पहले उनका uric acid 12 हो गया था और अब 4.5 चल रहा है। लेकिन परों स्तिथि मे कोई सुधार नहीं हुआ है।
कृपया कर हमरा मार्गदर्शन करे सर।

Thank you for your response and all medical history discribed in last email now want know you last one taking medicine detail (mayrine p fort.4 teb 56 days and taken 10 month 5 days a diffrent brand teblets rifina 300 teb 2 daily before breakfast ) unfortunately doctor was incompetant and suggest incomptetent dose and I am unaware too so feeling pain in spinal but every specialist ignoring my problem and carring case another.side like sugar & other diseases. I consult 5 doctors but every one self assumed w/o test as see my weight which 79 kg today & when stop medicine 10th june weight was 84 kg and says you are not affected spinal tb but today consult another doctor he has same opinion then I submit blood sample at dow lab for IGRA test report will come at 7 of September 21 than send you report my cell # 03362333894 available at whatsapp for easy contact.
