After replacing bore and piston if white smoke coming naa that is the reason. Before changing bore piston if white smoke came naa it's a bore compliant bro. You have to replace it

Bro for each gear there is particular speed ratio. So we have to maintain that. In fourth gear economy speed you have to maintain at least 40 to 50 kmph. If you drive low speed in higher gear for every time means. There is a chance for gear box damage.
