Thank you kindly! I have lived a hard life of which I am greatful for, via only charity. I offer services and make no mention up front of charge or donations. All I do is help out wherever I can, and when they try to pay me I get to tell them that I do not charge. Often they still want to give something so I let them donate. I never even tell them what a donation should be in any way. I have been looking for how to make this life of over 10 years in faith look on paper, and it appears that this may be it. Thank you thank you thank you
Thank you so much for your videos! I'm in the early stages of moving all my assets into a trust like this. With that said, I was wondering if you had any templates, or consulting hours available?
My property is in an irrevocable trust. I would like to create an ecclesiastical common law irrevocable trust to take my property out of my state's taxing jurisdiction. Do you have a service to help with this?
Yes this should be possible assuming you are trustee on the current trust. If you jump into the community you can find more details on how to get started with our trust and book time to speak with me if you wish
Find common law answer for:If a trust's succeeding executor adds their own ammendment to their revocable trust on their own, is the ammendment considered official, legal, both or neither??
There is no need for shell holding diagrams when you use the right private trust. You can run businesses directly out of trust eliminating the need for public entities like LLCs
The IRS regulates all banking activity and commerce in the United States. That includes all "private" entities that do business inside of US gov jurisdiction. The trust we use is the only pathway to get an EIN number that is tax exempt upon formation.

Yes. We have step by step how to use this trust to build a public credit profile for those that choose to do so

The question posed here doesn't really make sense. There's no such thing as a revocable common law trust as far as I'm aware.
